Theory Design creating interior for Sonoma Model in Isola Bella at Talis Park
Theory Design announced it is creating the interior design for Seagate Development Group’s furnished Sonoma model that will break ground at the beginning of May in the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. Isola Bella is an exclusive 4.5-acre enclave of the last 17 single-family waterfront homesites in luxurious Talis Park. Seagate’s furnished Revana model is under construction and under contract, while Seagate’s furnished Monterey II model is under construction. Theory Design is also creating the interiors for both these models, with R.G. Designs featuring an architectural design in all three model homes.
Priced at $4,095,000, the two-story Sonoma is 4,012 square feet under air. That accommodates four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, and a three-car garage, along with a casual California coastal concept. This is apparent in the home’s overall tone of spatial awareness and comfort, low-profile furniture, and layers of organic, natural cotton and textured fabrics.
The Sonoma model will feature an outdoor living area with a spa-like atmosphere via gathering, lounging, and waterfront views, along with a lower-area firepit. The first floor will include a great room with a vertical wood slat detail that runs up the media wall and across the ceiling. It is hand-stained and hand-cut to match the white oak floors throughout the home. The cantilever island kitchen offers expansive seating, white oak and black cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, black plumbing and black windows that are carried into other areas of the home. A powder bath, VIP guest suite and a Talis-Park-standard glass wall wine room complete the lower level of the Sonoma.
A staircase to the second floor is accompanied by a light, black cable rail that is consistent with the linear features throughout the model. The master suite plays off a breathtaking water view with a sitting area that opens to a sun deck. The marble-encompassing master bath displays separate vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower. Two guest suites, a loft with a morning bar and a flex space further reflect the clean and bright design of the Sonoma.
The Sonoma model is scheduled for completion in Winter 2022. The two-story Revana model is 5,582 square feet under air – four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths, and a two-car garage. With a California coastal, modern interior design, it opens to a two-story entry and grand foyers that lead to a wine room. The island kitchen, great room and dining area open to the outdoor living area with picturesque views of Talis Park as well as a dining area, an island kitchen, a pool bath, and a custom pool and spa. A powder bath and VIP master suite top off the first floor of the Revana.
Upon taking the elevator or stairs to the upper level, a flex space includes a wet bar and powder bath as well as continues to the second half of the outdoor living area. This also features a sun deck that can be accessed from the master suite, which includes private water closets, dual vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower. Private water closets are reflected in two guest suites. They are just off one of two laundry rooms in the Revana.
With a tone of livable luxury throughout the home, the Revana will encompass a neutral color palette via white oak wide plank flooring, textural furnishings and design accessories. A water feature at the entrance of the home brings this theme of luxury together.
Scheduled for completion in Winter 2021, the Revana model is currently under contract.
The $4,450,000 Monterey II model is 4,577 square feet under air over four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, and a three-car garage. It all starts with an entry courtyard, complete with a water feature and finishes that reflect the white/charcoal pavers in the driveway.
Inside, a coastal, modern interior design and intentional industrial elements are presented in an open-concept floor plan that starts at the entry foyer and makes its way into the great room. It includes a stained-flat-rock framed, wallpapered feature wall and accompanying large wall with a similar presentation.
The great room is adjacent to a dining area with a table for up to 10 people. They have full access to a wet bar with cabinetry that mimics the Paradise Island wood flooring in a Bali tone throughout the first floor. Both rooms lead to an outdoor living area, complete with a see-thru fireplace and a pool bath, which are below a dark-walnut-tone-stained cedar tongue in groove ceiling. The island kitchen debuts barstool seating, LED lighting, low cabinets and high windows for contrast.
After exiting the VIP guest suite, the elevator and stairs lead to a second floor that accommodates a master suite with dual walk-in closets, an adjoining flex space, and a gorgeous view of a covered terrace and a pool/sun deck with black aluminum horizontal railings. The master bath features two water closets, two vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower – all of which complement two guest suites, two powder baths and a morning bar.
The Monterey II model is scheduled for completion in Winter 2021.
