FL Star has debuted the new Cedar Key furnished model at Sapphire Cove, an intimate residential community being developed off Collier Boulevard in South Naples.
“This is a spectacular rendition of one of our most popular home designs,” said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star, developer of the community. “The interior was created by designer Gail Rowland and features an open concept floor plan with a contemporary farmhouse style.”
Double doors provide a dramatic entrance to a wide foyer opening into the great room. There is a farmhouse style fireplace build-out with a shiplap surround. Natural white oak flooring throughout the home enhances the light, spacious ambience. The open island kitchen features black and white touch-latch cabinets with upgraded KitchenAid appliances in the new, black stainless finish. The home includes quartz countertops throughout.

“FL Star allows buyers to make changes to designs in our portfolio of home plans, and that is a special attraction to many families,” Hains noted. “That is something many builders do not allow.”
