AllModern Opened Its First Physical Store!

I’m all about online shopping; it’s no exaggeration to say that it’s been my go-to method for acquiring new items over the past few years. But there are some items, especially pieces for your home, that just beg to be seen in person. And if we’re being honest, I’ve just plain ol’ MISSED shopping at actual stores! Touching the items, seeing them up close, chatting with in-store associates… all of those little details add up! 

So when I heard that AllModern was opening their first ever physical store right outside of Boston, I knew I’d become a frequent visitor in no time. I was invited to their opening event in June and it was an absolute pleasure. Located at Lynnfield’s MarketStreet shopping center, the store is beautifully laid out and very easy to navigate. I could have easily spent all day there.

Recently we’ve been looking for a couple modern planters to place in front of our fence in our driveway that leads to the backyard. But then I came upon these modern Metal Planters from AllModern and knew we had a winner. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to drag them to the car, praying that they’d fit. Not only that, but seeing them in person was a huge bonus! They arrived just a couple of days after purchasing! This tech-first shopping experience was beyond easy and enjoyable; I wish more stores were designed this way. (There were plenty of smaller grab and go items too of course!)

In addition to the planters (now filled with catmint, hostas, and grass), AllModern’s collection of serving-ware and mugs immediately caught my eye (and are now getting comfortable in our cabinets); I’ve been searching for a more modern aesthetic and these fit the bill. I love these Moonbeam Pilar bowls (perfect for summer ice cream al fresco) and these mugs are going to be a staple in the morning.

I’m so excited that AllModern’s first store is so close to home; I see many more visits in the coming weeks for both myself and clients. Hope to see you there too! 🙂
