New home buyers may have a home that includes special features to “personalize” a design to suit their family’s needs at Sapphire Cove, a new community of single-family homes developed by FL Star in South Naples.

Adding a three-car garage has proved to be a very popular change, Borden notes. Families have added a pool bath or an extra powder bath.
“One of the most unusual was a request for a lift in the garage to accommodate a collector’s special car,” Borden said. “There are many other possibilities; perhaps a pet bath in the laundry room or a closet. All of these are in addition to the numerous options already available, such as a custom pool, an outdoor fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen.”

The Sapphire Cove property is part of the Hacienda Lakes Community Development District and is accessed via the Lord’s Way approximately half a mile east of Collier Boulevard.
