Hall Bath Remodel Reveal (x2!)

I am eventually revealing the last space to be remodeled in this residence! All of the major remodels are now done. I just cannot imagine I’m even indicating that. lol
It’s been a pretty (very!) prolonged time coming. It will be 18 yrs in June that we have lived here. That’s a lengthy time to be doing work on a household, y’all. ha!

We do have a couple of matters to finish up above in our bedroom but we are arranging to get again on that before long. (just tiny end type stuff)
AND we strategy to flip just one of our bedrooms into a visitor bedroom. (it is presently our “stock” space for the store but we have programs to shift that in other places) I’ll be sharing the visitor space as we do it so keep tuned for that.

• We basically pulled up the outdated blue tile and laid this super monotonous (and neutral-our thinking at the time) builder-quality style of ceramic flooring. haha
• For the cupboard, we simply just made new doors and I painted the full point.
• The countertop is a person of these laminate ready-mades you can get off the shelf at Lowe’s or The House Depot.
• The sinks were being like $20 bucks every single and we reused the faucets that were here.
• We set up beadboard where the blue tiles had been.
• New light-weight fixture (this is in fact the most recent one particular, we had a earlier “new” just one for years ahead of this a single)
• New mirror.

Really not negative at all but the cabinet was genuinely displaying age and desired to go.
I was also quite fatigued of the laminate countertop and sink problem. And the bathtub and encompass needed consideration.

It was just time. 

Nonetheless, I really, truly did not want to pull up all that tile or pull out the tub.

And we had viewed as changing the beadboard with shiplap as we did in the downstairs visitor fifty percent tub that we experienced also previously added beadboard to on an previously makeover.

I just gave the beadboard a refreshing coat of paint and well we did the same point with the tub. We subbed that reglazing out to a specialist nevertheless because we wished it to final.

The mirror in gold… (I basically purchased the silver colour but hated it so painted it gold)

And created and printed out some labels on clear label paper for them.

I located a basket to use for trash. (I will line it with a bag, I’m certain but it is prettier without the need of for the pics lol)

So really but oh, what is that peaking in the mirror above there??

That beautiful tile job we done a even though again.

I tiled our major toilet shower and figured what the heck, let us do this once again.

We experienced formerly mounted a prefab wall surround. It experienced gotten yellowed and dingy on the lookout more than the several years, and once more, it was a rapid funds-friendly resolve like the relaxation of that first rework so lots of many years ago.

We did not want to retain it so took it down and tiled it rather. SO extremely happy we did.
