“It’s an iconic property,” Halum said.

The Spanish Colonial home at 4201 Armstrong Parkway has a light-filled entryway with marble floors and a stained-glass window adjacent to the staircase. The entry leads to a two-level foyer with column details, an elaborate stairway railing and light that streams in through two large windows. A formal living room and formal dining room sit on either side of the entry, each complete with intricate details like afireplace and hand-crafted ceiling design.
